The awards, now in their 13th year, aim to showcase innovative leaders from the tech community who work to ensure the continued success of the south west region. The awards recognise achievement, innovation and commitment to the tech sector – from global multinationals to schools and start-ups.
The theme of this year’s awards is “Towards 2020”. It aims to celebrate both previous winners who have contributed to the tech industry and the future leaders bringing Ireland’s tech sector into the next decade.
James O’Sullivan, Chief Technology Officer, and Colin O’Sullivan, Chief Information Officer, will represent Labskin at the awards which see Rinocloud compete in a category that also includes Asystec and GridBeyond.
James and Colin presented our Labskin AI technology to the judging panel in the first week of October, evidencing how it will speed up drug discovery and approval for skincare, cosmetic and wound care products as well as creating new, more accurate skin models and data sets to shorten the R&D process.
The awards night will be held on 18th October in Co. Cork, Ireland. For further information regarding the awards and IT@Cork please visit https://www.itcork.ie/event/techleaders19
